摘要
LED作为新一代绿色环保光源,其应用领域日益广泛,随之而来的可靠性问题也日益增多。近年来因LED灯珠变色导致产品出现功能失效的案例非常多。通过对这些LED灯珠变色失效的案例进行分析,了解了引起LED灯珠变色的原因主要为:封装胶残留异物、封装胶因遭受化学物质侵蚀发生胶体变色、荧光粉沉降、支架覆盖污染物和支架腐蚀,以及支架镀层质量不良。同时,案例分析的过程中针对发现的问题,提出了一些改进建议和措施,为业界解决LED灯珠变色引起的可靠性问题提供了指引。
As a new generation of green light, LED is widely used in more and more fields, at the same time its reliability problems are increasing. In recent years, there are many function failure cases of LED caused by the discoloration of its lamp bead. By analyzing those failure cases of the discoloration of LED lamp bead, the main failure reasons of the discaoloration of LED lamp bead are found, including: foreign substance staying in packaging adhesive, the discoloration of the colloid of packaging the deposition of fluorescent powder, adhesive due to the erosion of chemical substance, bracket covered with pollutants, the corrosion of bracket and the bad quality of the plat of bracket. At the same time, some advice are put forward to solve the problems found in the process of case analysis, which provides a guideline for the industry to solve the reliability problems caused by the discoloration of LED lamp bead.
