摘要
以3种不同的丙烯酸乳液为基料制备了金属屋面防水涂料,通过调整配方中乳液用量及颜填料体积浓度(即PVC值)研究了上述因素对涂膜拉伸性能的影响,结果表明,选用B乳液且其用量为40%、涂料的PVC值为75%时制备的金属屋面防水涂料涂膜的拉伸性能最优。
A kind of waterproofing coating for metal roof is prepared on the basis of three different acrylic emulsions. Through adjusting emulsion dosage, pigment and filler volume concentration(PVC value) of the formula, the article studies the influence of above factors on the tensile strength of coating film. Results show: when B emulsion is selected and accounts for 40%, and the PVC value of coating is 75%, the tensile property of waterproofing coating for metal roof is the best.
