摘要
文章以龙眼叶为原料,以乙醇溶液为溶剂,在单因素的基础上,采用响应面Box-Benhnken试验设计对超声辅助提取龙眼叶总黄酮的工艺进行优化,确定最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度90%,液料比48∶1,提取温度61℃,提取时间132min。龙眼叶总黄酮得率为181.83mg/g,与预测值177.32mg/g相接近,因此,文章所采用的响应面法优化超声辅助提取龙眼叶总黄酮的工艺稳定可靠,该工艺可为龙眼叶的综合利用及龙眼叶总黄酮的产业化应用提供一定的理论支撑。
In this paper,on the basis of single factor,the response surface method is used to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from longan leaves using ethanol solution as the solvent.The optimal conditions of ultrasonic-assisted extraction are concluded as follows:ethanol concentration is 90%,ratio of liquid to solid is 48∶1,ultrasonic temperature is 61℃,ultrasonic time is 132 min.The actual detection value of total flavonoids yield is 181.83 mg/g,which is close to the predicted value of 177.32 mg/g.Therefore,optimizing the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from longan leaves using the response surface method is stable and reliable,which provides a theoretical support for the comprehensive utilization of longan leaves and the industrial application of total flavonoids from longan leaves.
