摘要
采用水热晶化法合成CuAPO-5磷酸铝改性分子筛,以XRD、XPS、BET为手段对分子筛样品进行表征,结果表明,分子筛具有AFI拓扑结构,骨架上加载上了铜离子,为正二价。在不同的金属比获得的分子筛材料中,当金属比为0.06时,所制备的CuAPO-5分子筛吸附性能最好,可降低卷烟烟气中62.46%的苯酚,高于现有的研究。研究了分子筛对苯酚的液相吸附动力学作为卷烟烟气中苯酚吸附的参考,该吸附符合二级动力力学(R2>0.9)。
CuAPO-5 modified molecular sieves were synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization. The samples were characterized by XRD,XPS and BET. The results showed that the molecular sieve has AFI topology and the copper ions are loaded on the framework,which is positive divalent. The effects of different metal loadings on the adsorption of phenol were studied. In the molecular sieve materials with different metal ratios,when the metal ratio is 0. 06,the prepared CuAPO-5 molecular sieve has the best adsorption performance,which can reduce the adsorption effect of 62. 46% phenol in cigarette smoke compared with the existing literature. The adsorption kinetics of phenol on molecular sieves was studied as a reference for the adsorption of phenol in cigarettes. The adsorption satisfies the second-order dynamics(R^2〉0.9).
