摘要
本文利用沸石分子筛选择性吸附的原理,首次研制出了适合于烟草工业应用的改性Y型分子筛和二元分子筛复合滤棒,进行了卷烟降焦减害的试验研究。筛选出了一种适用于改性Y型分子筛的机械强度改进剂,解决了分子筛复合滤棒成形过程中的扬尘问题,确定了较佳的改性Y型分子筛的技术参数和生产条件,有利于复合滤棒的工业化生产。应用二元分子筛复合滤棒接装的卷烟样品,不仅能在保持卷烟感官质量基本不变的情况下,显著降低卷烟烟气的焦油量,而且对卷烟烟气中的苯系物、稠环芳烃、酚类成分和烟草特有亚硝胺等有害成分均具有一定的选择性过滤效果。研究结果表明,与对照卷烟相比,试验卷烟降低焦油幅度达20%以上;苯系物降低幅度达30%以上,苯并[α]芘降低25%以上;尤其是对烟草特有亚硝胺具有显著性降低。
The improved Y type molecular sieve was firstly applied in cigarette filters for removal of some harmful smoke components. A suitable mechanical intensity modifier for improved Y type molecular sieve was developed, a heavy dust, which occurred during manufacturing the filter rod, was overcome successfully. When this new type molecular sieve was added in cigarette dual-filter, the tar of cigarette was obviously declined, and it showed little differences on cigarette flavour and taste. A selectively retention of polynuclearhydrocarbon, phenols and tobacco-specific N-nitrosoamines was obtained.
