不同刃数铣刀螺旋铣孔CFRP/Ti叠层材料研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究不同刃数铣刀螺旋铣孔的情况,分别使用2刃铣刀与4刃铣刀对CFRP/Ti叠层材料进行一体化螺旋铣孔试验。在相同的切削参数条件下,对两种铣刀螺旋铣孔的切削力、刀具后刀面磨损长度、CFRP入口质量及Ti出口质量进行了测量。结果表明:随着叠层材料加工的进行,刀具正常磨损时,刃数越少的铣刀后刀面磨损越快;刀具剧烈磨损后,刃数越多的铣刀,后刀面磨损越迅速。刃数越多的铣刀所产生的轴向推力及径向力越大。在进出口加工质量上,2刃铣刀抑制了Ti出口的飞边现象,4刃铣刀对CFRP的入口毛刺起到抑制作用。 To study the different-blade-number cutter helical milling hole situation,CFRP/Ti laminated materials are tested by helical milling with 2-blade cutter and 4-blade cutter. Under the same cutting parameters,the cutting force,tool flank wear length,CFRP inlet quality and Ti export quality of the two kinds of milling cutter are measured. The results showthat with the progress of machining,when the tool wears normally,the cutting edge of the milling cutter with the smaller number of cutting edges is faster. After the tool wears violently,the cutting edge of the milling cutter with the more number of cutting edges is faster.The greater the number of blades,the greater the axial thrust and radial force produced by the milling cutter. In the import and export processing quality,2-edge cutter to suppress the Ti edge of the flash phenomenon,4-edge milling cutter on the entrance of the CFRP to suppress the role.
