摘要
爱尔兰职业教育有着悠久的发展历史,其中现代学徒制的人才培养模式占有很重要的地位,并且有着鲜明的属性及特征。在爱尔兰,国家法律、企业主体参与、与学历框架接轨、工学结合等多种举措为现代学徒制发展提供了充分的保障和充足的动力。分析研究爱尔兰现代学徒制的特征,能够为我国实施现代学徒制人才培养提供重要启示,为我国高等职业教育人才培养模式改革提供重要参考。
Ireland occupation education has a long history of development. Modern apprenticeship plays an important role in talent cultivation and has distinctive attribute and characteristics. In Ireland, the national law, the participation of enterprise, the connecting with educational qualification frame and the combination of engineering and learning have provided sufficient guarantee and sufficient impetus for the development of modern apprenticeship. Analyzing and studying the property characteristics of modern Irish apprenticeship can provide an important enlightenment for China implementation of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation and it also can provide an important reference for the reform of education talent cultivation model in China higher vocational education.
