摘要
目的探讨量化专科质量标准在慢阻肺(COPD)患者呼吸功能锻炼中的应用价值。方法对其所在医院呼吸科收治的110例COPD患者随机进行分组,对照组和观察组,每组各55例。对照组接受常规宣教和考核,观察组患者实施量化专科质量标准考核方案。两周后,比较两组患者方案实施前后呼吸功能锻炼方法的正确性,患者掌握呼吸功能锻炼技巧时间及护士需宣教的频次。结果实施前,两组COPD患者呼吸功能锻炼掌握的正确率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施后,观察组COPD患者呼吸功能锻炼掌握的正确率高于对照组;观察组患者掌握呼吸功能锻炼技巧平均时间及责任护士平均宣教频次低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论量化专科质量标准有利于提高患者呼吸功能锻炼的正确性,减少护士指导患者功能锻炼宣教的次数,从而缩短呼吸科功能锻炼的宣教时间,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To investigate the application value of quantifying specialist quality standards in respiratory function training of COPD patients. Methods 110 patients with COPD admitted to their hospital's respiratory department were randomly divided into groups, 55 cases in the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine education and assessment, and the observation group patients were assessed with a quantified specialist quality assessment program. Two weeks later, the correctness of the respiratory function training methods before and after the implementation of the two groups of patients was compared. The patients had the time to master the techniques of respiratory function training and the frequency that the nurse needed to teach. Results Before implementation, there was no significant difference in the correct rate of respiratory function training between the two groups of COPD patients(P〉0.05); after the implementation, the correct rate of respiratory function training in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group; The average time for the patients to master the respiratory function training skills and the average frequency of the missionary nurses were significantly lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion To quantify the quality standards of specialists is beneficial to improve the correctness of respiratory function training of patients, reduce the frequency of nurses' instruction of patients' functional exercise, and thus shorten the time of teaching of respiratory functional exercises and improve patient satisfaction with nursing work.
