摘要
目的分析眉下切口眼轮匝肌悬吊术应用于上睑皮肤松弛矫正中的效果。方法选择2016年3月~2017年4月到我院就诊的52例上睑皮肤松弛患者为研究对象,应用随机抽签法将其分2组,其中,对照组(n=26)采用传统重睑成形术进行矫治,而观察组(n=26)则应用眉下切口眼轮匝肌悬吊术进行矫治,比较两组的矫治效果及并发症发生情况。结果术后,观察组患者上睑皮肤松弛有效改善率为73.08%,对照组为65.38%,组间差异不明显(P>0.05);观察组术后相关并发症发生几率为3.85%,较对照组的23.08%要低(P<0.05);术后随访6个月,观察组患者对手术效果的满意度达到88.46%,显著高于对照组的65.38%(P<0.05)。结论眉下切口眼轮匝肌悬吊术与传统重睑术在上睑皮肤松弛中的矫治效果相当,但眉下切口眼轮匝肌悬吊术的并发症更少,术后恢复更快,可获得让患者更满意的效果。
Objective To explore the effect of eyebrow incision and orbicularis oculi muscle suspension for correction of upper eyelid skin laxity.Methods From March 2016 to April 2017,52 cases of upper eyelid relaxation in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group（n=26） was treated with traditional double eyelid plasty, while the observation group（n=26） was treated with suspension of orbicularis oculi muscle in the undereyebrow incision.The effects and complications of two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the effective rate of upper eyelid skin laxity（P〉 0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.85%, lower than 23.08% in the control group（P 〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was 88.46%, which was significantly higher than the 65.38% of control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of correction of orbicularis oculi muscle suspension and traditional double eyelid operation on upper eyelid relaxation is equivalent,but the complication of orbicularis oculi muscle suspension in undereyebrow incision is less, and the recovery is faster after operation.
