摘要
目的 观察眉下切口眼轮匝肌提升固定技术在上睑年轻化中的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析自2011年6月至2015年6月收治的行眉下切口眼轮匝肌提升固定技术的患者94例,采用眉毛下缘切口,在局部麻醉下切除眉毛下方适量皮肤、眼轮匝肌组织;将切口下缘眼轮匝肌/眉脂肪垫以4-0可吸收缝线分两点悬吊固定于眶上缘骨膜.结果 所有患者术后随访3个月至3年,术后眉眼形态满意,无主观不适感受,无明显瘢痕遗留.结论 眉下切口眼轮匝肌提升固定技术操作简便,疗效可靠,瘢痕隐蔽,且可维持原眼部形态特征,可取得满意的眼部年轻化效果.
Objective To investigate the effect of subbrow orbicularis oeuli muscle （OOM） suspension and fixation technique on upper eyelid rejuvenation. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on 94 patients who undergone subbrow OOM suspension and fixation technique from June 2011 to June 2015. Under local infiltration anesthesia, an subbrow incision was made along the inferior margin of the eyebrow and the skin, OOM were excised appropriately. The posterior fascia of the OOM in the inferior flap subbrow fat was pulled up and 4-0 absorption line sutures were placed to fix it to the periosteum of the supraorbital rim by 2-point suspension. Results Patients were followed up for 3 months to 3 years. Patients were satisfied highly with both the aesthetic outcome and patient comfort. The surgical scars were concealed in the majority of the cases. Conclusion Subbrow orbieularis oculi muscle suspension and fixation technique is a simple, safe operation to rejuvenate the upper eyelids in selected patients while maintaining harmony with their ethnic facial features.
