摘要
本文主要介绍了被动式建筑门窗洞口用防水密封膜(防水隔汽膜与防水透汽膜)及其标准化研究,分析了防水密封膜的结构和防水隔汽、透汽机理,介绍了防水密封膜国外标准和国内标准的对标工作,并采用国内标准对国外两家公司的防水密封膜的厚度、单位面积质量、拉伸、燃烧和透汽等性能进行测试分析。在综合分析国外产品性能的基础上,为黑龙江省《被动式低能耗居住建筑节能设计标准》的编制提供了门窗洞口用防水密封膜性能指标建议值。
This paper introduces the study of waterproof sealing membrane(waterproof vapor-barrier membrane and waterproof vapor-permeable membrane), and its standardization for doors and windows of passive house. This paper also analyses the structure of waterproof sealing membranes well as the mechanism of waterproof vapor-barrier and vapor-permeable membrane. Benchmarking work of domestic and foreign standards for waterproof sealing membrane was introduced. A series of performance test was carried out for two foreign waterproof sealing membranes products according to our national standards in the field of thickness, weight of unit area, tensile, combustion and vapor permeability, so as to analyze the overall performance of foreign products and provide the recommended performance values for waterproof sealing membrane used in doors and windows especially for Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Passive Low-energy Residential Buildings of Heilongjiang Province.
