被动式超低能耗绿色建筑外窗施工技术 被引量:4

摘要 山东城建学院实验实训中心项目是目前我国在建单体面积最大的被动式超低能耗绿色建筑。被动式超低能耗绿色建筑在国内尚无成熟施工规范和工艺标准,被动式外窗自重较大,工序多且繁琐,为保证保温隔热性能及气密性,外窗安装需外挂施工、固定节点无热桥施工、较传统外窗施工增加防水隔气膜及防水透汽膜工序施工。本项目在国内首次形成完整、成熟的被动式超低能耗绿色建筑外窗施工技术,对国内今后此类建筑具有指导意义。 The experimental training center project of Shandong Urban Construction Vocational College is the ultra-low-ener- gy passive building under construction with the largest single-unit area in China. China has not established mature construction specifications and technological standards for ultra-low-energy passive buildings. Because passive external windows are character- ized by high deadweight, and numerous and complex construction procedures, it is necessary to carry out external construction, no-thermal-bridge construction at fixed nodes, as well as the construction, which includes the additional procedures of applying waterproof air-impermeable films and waterproof air-permeable films compared to traditional external window construction, in or- der to ensure the windows' heat insulation and air impermeability. This project first establishes a series of complete and mature construction techniques for external windows of ultra-low-energy passive buildings in China, and is of significance in guiding the construction of similar buildings in China in the future.
