摘要
浓缩生长因子(concentrated growth factors,CGF)是新一代的自体血小板浓缩制品,在体外细胞学实验、动物实验以及临床实验中都显示出了促进牙周软组织和骨组织再生的潜能。临床上,CGF可单独或混合骨移植材料使用,已应用于牙周组织再生术、上颌窦提升术和颌骨囊肿术后缺损的充填。CGF作为富含多种组织再生所需的细胞因子来源,在促进牙周组织再生上有良好的应用前景。
As a new generation of autologous platelet concentrates, concentrated growth factors （CGF） have demon-strated potential for promoting soft and hard tissue regeneration in vitro and in vivo, and this potential has also beendemonstrated in clinical trials. CGF may be used alone or with bone graft materials in guided tissue regeneration （GTR）,bone regeneration, internal sinus elevation, and reconstruction of bone defects after the removal of jaw cysts. As a richsource of growth factors, CGF have performed well in periodontal regeneration.
