摘要
目的探究心理护理干预运用在糖尿病患者中的效果。方法随机选择2016年4月—2017年4月该院所接收86例糖尿病患者实施研究,将患者分为护理组和常规组,各43例,常规组实施一般护理,护理组则实施心理护理,对比两组患者的效果。结果护理之前,两组患者的抑郁和焦虑评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理之后,护理组的抑郁以及焦虑评分都优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理满意度比较,护理组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预运用在糖尿病患者中,降低患者的抑郁以及焦虑评分,同时提升护理满意度,值得推广和广泛运用。
Objective To study the curative effect of mental nursing intervention in the nursing of diabetes patients. Methods 86 cases of patients with diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 43 cases in each, the routine group used the general nursing, while the nursing group used the mental nursing, and the effect was compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, the differences in the depression and anxiety scores between the two groups were not statistically significant（P0.05）, after nursing, the depression and anxiety scores in the nursing group were better than those in the routine group and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）, with statistical significance, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the nursing group was higher than that in the routine group, and the difference was obvious, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of mental nursing intervention in diabetes patients can reduce the depression and anxiety scores and improve the nursing satisfactory degree, and it is worth promotion and wide application.
