摘要
建设项目竣工环境保护验收由企业自行组织,监测环保设施运行效果的同时,加强环境管理制度检查、积极推进公众参与制度、风险防范制度是自主验收监测工作的重要环节。在保证建设项目环境保护竣工验收监测质量的同时,也在项目验收后日常生产中发挥着重要的技术指导与监督管理作用。
The acceptance of environmental protection for completed construction projects is organized by enterprises themselves. While monitoring the effect of environmental protection facilities,strengthening the inspection of environmental management systems,actively promoting the public participation system,and risk prevention systems are important links for independent acceptance monitoring. While ensuring the quality of construction project environmental protection completion acceptance monitoring,it also plays an important role in technical guidance,supervision and management in the daily production after project acceptance.
