摘要 随着社会文明的进步,越来越多的人把鲜花作为一种高雅温暖、表达情意的礼物,促使切花生产量大幅度提高。研究鲜切花的保鲜技术对满足人们的需要和发展鲜切花产业具有重大意义。本文综述了近年来世界四大鲜切花保鲜技术方面保鲜剂的研究成果,展望了未来的研究方向,以期为深入了解鲜花保鲜技术奠定了基础。 With the progress of social civilization,more and more people take flowers as a kind of elegant,warm and emotional gifts,which promote a sustantial increase in cut flowers production.It is great significance to study the fresh cut flowers fresh-keeping techniques in order to meet the needs of people and to develop fresh cut flower industry.This paper summarized the research results of preservatives in the field of fresh-keeping technique of the four major cut flowers in the world in recent years.The future research direction was prospected in order to lay a foundation for further understanding of fresh flower fresh-keeping techniques.
