摘要
目的:探讨体穴埋线加耳穴埋豆治疗脑卒中后偏瘫的临床效果。方法:收治脑卒中后偏瘫患者202例,分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用西医方法治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用体穴埋线联合耳穴埋豆治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组运动功能评分及ADL评分均超过对照组(P<0.05)。结论:体穴埋线加耳穴埋豆治疗脑卒中后偏瘫的临床效果显著。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of body acupoint catgut embedding and ear acupoint burying beans in the treatment of hemiplegia after cerebral apoplexy.Methods：202 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral apoplexy were selected.They were divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with western medicine method.The study group added with the body acupoint catgut embedding and ear acupoint burying beans on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment,the motor function score and ADL score in the study group were all higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of body acupoint catgut embedding and ear acupoint burying beans in the treatment of hemiplegia after cerebral apoplexy was significant.
