摘要
目的:探究微创入路手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的治疗方法和治疗效果。方法:收治乳腺良性肿瘤患者96例,随机平分为两组,微创治疗组实施微创入路手术,常规治疗组采用传统手术,对两组治疗满意程度、手术指标以及并发症情况进行调查。结果:微创治疗组的非常满意率58.33%和总有效率95.83%远远高于常规治疗组的35.42%和77.08%,微创治疗组的手术时间略长于常规治疗组,微创治疗组的术中出血量和切口愈合时间均少于常规治疗组,微创治疗组中并发症发生率4.17%低于常规治疗组的14.58%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用微创入路手术为乳腺良性肿瘤患者进行治疗,患者的满意程度较高,且有效减少了患者的术中出血量,加快了患者切口愈合时间,效果明显。
Objective:To explore the treatment methods and treatment effects of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of benign breast tumors.Methods:96 patients with benign breast tumors were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The minimally invasive treatment group received minimally invasive surgery,while the conventional treatment group received traditional surgery.The satisfaction degree,operative index and complications of the two groups were investigated.Results:The satisfactory rate of the minimally invasive treatment group was 58.33% and the total effective rate was 95.83%,which was much higher than that of the 35.42% and 77.08% of the conventional treatment group.The operative time of the minimally invasive treatment group was slightly longer than that of the conventional treatment group,and the amount of bleeding and incision healing time in the minimally invasive treatment group were less than those in the conventional treatment group.The incidence of complications in the minimally invasive treatment group was 4.17%,which was lower than 14.58% in the conventional treatment group.The differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The use of minimally invasive approach for the treatment of patients with benign breast tumors,the patient satisfaction is high,and effectively reduce the patient's intraoperative blood loss,accelerate the time of wound healing, the effect is obvious.
