摘要
目的观察乳腺良性肿瘤微创手术治疗效果。方法选取2015年10月～2017年10月本院收治的乳腺良性肿瘤患者400例,按照数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各200例,对照组实施传统手术方法,治疗组实施微创手术方法,比较两组患者手术情况及并发症发生率的差异。结果治疗组手术时间、愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量、切口长度、瘢痕大小少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生率比较,治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤具有效果显著,手术时间短、出血量少、恢复快、并发症发生率低等优势。
Objective To observe the effect of minimally invasive surgery for benign breast tumors. Methods A total of 400 patients with benign breast tumors from Huli District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Xiamen City from October 2015 to October 2017 were enrolled. According to the digital table method, 200 cases were divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was treated with traditional surgical methods. The treatment group underwent minimally invasive surgery and compared the differences in surgical status and complication rates between the two groups. Results The operation time, healing time and hospitalization time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the con- trol group. The intraoperative blood loss, length of incision and scar size were less than the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The postoperative complication rate in the two groups. In comparison, the treatment group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery for benign breast tumors has significant effects, such as short operation time, less bleeding, quick recovery and low-complication rate.
