摘要
新形势下如何创新民办高校党校工作,充分发挥民办高校党校在学校党建和思想政治工作中的积极作用,值得民办高校党校管理者深思。本文主要以Z学院为例,分析民办高校党校工作问题,结合Z学院党校工作的创新实践,探讨民办高校党校工作策略。
In the new situation,how to innovate the work of the party school in private colleges and universities and give full play to the positive role of the party school of private colleges and universities in the party building and ideological and political work of the school is worth considering. This paper,taking Z college as an example,analyzes the work problems of party schools in private colleges and universities,and discusses the working strategies of party schools in private colleges and universities in combination with the innovative practice of party school in Z college.
