摘要
党的十九大提出了新时代基层党建工作的新要求。要更好推进城市社区党建工作,就要在深刻理解十九大精神基础上,联系地方工作实际,创新工作方式,优化路径选择。具体策略是:优化管理模式,增强社区服务功能;推进"两融"探索,提升社区党组织影响力;创新服务载体,强化社区党员凝聚力;用活社会资源,优化社区党建服务环境;借助项目运作,全力争取政策支持;注重居民自管,增强社区两委引导能力;创新协管模式,提升共驻共建水平;坚持群众评议,密切党群干群关系。
The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has put forward new requirements for Party building in the new era. To better promote Party building in urban communities,we need to deeply understand the spirit of the 19 th National Congress,combine with local work practice,innovate working methods and optimize path selection. The measures are as follows： to enhance the function of community service by optimizing management mode; to improve the influence of Party organizations in the community by promoting the exploration of the two sides; to strengthen community Party member cohesion by innovating service carrier; to optimize the community Party building service environment by using social resources; to strive for policy support by developing project operation; to strengthen the guiding ability of the two committees by paying attention to residents＇ self-management; to enhance the co-construction level by innovating collaboration model; to build close Party-mass and cadre-mass relations by adhering to the public comments.
