摘要
呼吸科疾病属于常见疾病,随着医疗技术以及药物研究越来越发展进步,使用各种药物的频次越来越多,导致呼吸科患者机体药物耐受性逐渐增加,进而促使多种抗菌药物的真菌药效逐渐减弱,继而发生肺部真菌感染,增加临床治疗难度,影响治疗效果,影响疾病预后。该文主要就呼吸内科住院患者肺部真菌感染情况与预防策略并作分析。
The respiratory disease is a common disease, with the progress of medical technology and drugs, the use frequency of various drugs is more and more, leading to the increase of the drug resistance in patients in the department of respiration medicine thus promoting the fungal efficacy of multiple antibiotics weaker and weaker, and the clinical treatment difficulty is increased due to the lung fungal infection thus influencing the treatment effect and disease prognosis. The paper mainly analyzes the pulmonary fungal infection in patients and prevention strategies.
