从“美国301调查”看国家竞争情报产品的特征及形成条件 被引量:11

摘要 [目的/意义]了解和掌握典型的国家竞争情报产品的特点,丰富中国竞争情报的理论研究,为从事国家竞争情报实践的工作者提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程]采用文献资料研究与案例研究相结合的方法,从竞争情报专业视角,对美国2018年对华301调查报告实际案例进行分析。[结果/结论]分析凝练出国家竞争情报产品的五个特点和形成国家竞争情报产品的信息搜集与分析方法。总结归纳了国家竞争情报产品提供需要的支撑条件。 [Purpose/Significance]Base on a case study,a typical national competitive intelligence product is introduced,and the research findings are significance for work both theoretical research and provided competitive e intelligence services.[Method/Process]Office of the United States trade representative announced findings of the investigation into China's acts,policies,and practices related to technology transfer,intellectual property,and innovation under section 301 of the trade act of 1974 in March 22,2018. This report turn out to be a typical national competitive intelligence product. Take the report for example,the essentials of typical national competitive intelligence products are analyzed.[Result/Conclusion]Three aspects of typical enterprise competitive intelligence product essentials are analyzed. Results of analysis are five findings in characteristics,four findings in method both in information collection and information analysis,and three findings in guarantee conditions for producing national competitive intelligence products.
