摘要
以α-芳乙烯酰基-α-苯胺酰基二硫缩烯酮及乙二胺为原料,氢氧化钠为催化剂,乙醇为溶剂,经加热回流合成了五种咪唑烷基芳基取代的哌啶二酮类化合物,用核磁、红外、元素分析等测试手段对化合物进行了表征,对反应机理进行了初步探讨,该合成方法反应条件温和、操作简单、产率高,为取代哌啶二酮类化合物的合成提供了新的思路。
N-phenyl-3-( l-3-imidazolidin-2-ylidene)-6-arylpiperidine-2,4-diones were prepared while α-ary vinyl-α-anilin acyl ketene-S,S-acetals and ethylenediamine were chosen as substrate,catalyzed by sodium hydroxide in the ethanol under the condition of heating reflux.The products were characterized via ~1HNMR、IR and element analysis methods.At the same time,the reaction mechanism was discussed preliminary.The result showed that the reaction could be carried out smoothly and simply in the mild reaction conditions,a new train of thought about synthesis of substituted piperidine diones was provided.
