摘要
目的:研究手机微信全程指导门诊新诊断2型糖尿病患者短期胰岛素治疗的临床效果。方法:将门诊新诊断2型糖尿病患者80例随机分成两组。对照组给予常规糖尿病健康教育、皮下注射重组人胰岛素30R治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予手机微信全程指导,比较两组依从性、血糖指标以及血糖达标时间等。结果:治疗后研究组依从性差4例,明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:手机微信全程指导为门诊新诊断2型糖尿病患者的治疗提供了一个新的平台,改善患者自我管理能力,提高了临床治疗效果。
Objective：To research the clinical effect of short-term insulin therapy combined with whole course guidance by mobile WeChat in outpatients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods：80 cases of outpatients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine health education of diabetes and subcutaneous injection of recombinant human insulin 30 R,and the research group was given the whole course guidance by mobile WeChat on the basis of the control group.The compliance,blood glucose index and the standard time of blood glucose between groups were compared.Results：After treatment,there were four cases of poor compliance in the research group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the research group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The whole course guidance by mobile WeChat provided a new platform for the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetics mellitus in outpatient,which improved the patient＇s self management ability and the clinical effect.
