摘要
目的:为有效治疗血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者,探究短期胰岛素泵强化治疗用于临床血糖控制治疗的可行性。方法:选取经常规用药血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者70例,按照随机数字表法分为两组。一般组给予多次皮下注射胰岛素,治疗组予短期胰岛素泵强化治疗,对两组治疗情况进行记录比较,检测用药前后患者血糖、C肽空腹及餐后水平,统计用药期间不良反应发生。结果:一般组低血糖发生率为17.1%,明显高于治疗组的2.9%,治疗组低血糖发生少(P<0.05);治疗组较一般组血糖恢复用时少、胰岛素使用量小、治疗总费用少、住院时间短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组改善率为97.1%,明显高于一般组的82.9%,治疗组血糖控制效果优于一般组(P<0.05)。结论:临床对血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者使用短期胰岛素泵强化治疗,血糖控制稳定,治疗费用少,恢复快。
Objective： To investigate the feasibility of short-term intensive insulin pump therapy in the effective control of blood glucose in patients with poor glycemic control type 2 diabetes.Method： A total of 70 patients with type 2 diabetes with poor blood glucose control were randomly divided into two groups.The general group received subcutaneous injection insulin for many times and the treatment group was given short-term intensive Insulin pump treatment, the treatment conditions of two groups were recorded and compared, blood glucose, C peptide fasting and postprandial level for patients after medication and the adverse reaction during meditation of two groups were detected and compared.Result： The incidence of hypoglycemia of the general group was 17.1%, which was significantly higher than 2.9% of the treatment group （ P〈0.05 ） .Compared with the general group, the treatment group had less blood glucose recovery, less insulin usage amount, less total treatment cost, and shorter hospitalization time, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .The improvement rate of the treatment group was 97.1%, which was significantly higher than 82.9% of the general group, and blood glucose control effect of the treatment group was better than that of the general group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Patients have stable blood glucose control, less treatment costs and fast recovery by applying clinical short-term intensive insulin pump therapy in the effective control of blood glucose in patients with poor glycemic control type 2 diabetes.
