摘要
目的探讨护理风险管理对神经内科护理质量的影响。方法选取2016年1-12月神经内科252例患者作为对照组,2017年1-12月神经内科260例患者作为观察组,对照组按神经内科护理常规护理,观察组在神经内科护理常规的基础上,实施护理风险管理:成立护理风险管理质控体系、增强护理人员风险防范意识、提升神经内科护理风险防范能力、加强护理书写指导促进护理记录规范化、实施健康知识宣教、采取相对护理风险预防措施。结果观察组患者健康知识知晓率90.34%、护理质量评分(48.97±1.05)分、满意度评分(47.97±1.12)分高于对照组的76.19%、(40.36±4.14)分、(42.25±2.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理投诉0.38%、护理不良事件发生率0.38%低于对照组2.78%、2.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经内科患者实施护理风险管理,能够提高患者健康知识知晓率、护理质量、护理满意度;降低护理投诉及护理不良事件的发生,值得临床应用。
Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of nursing risk management on the quality of nursing in neurology. Methods From January to December 2016, 252 cases of routine nursing of patients as control group, 260 cases from January to December 2017 as the observation group, the control group with routine nursing, the observation group of nursing risk management, establishing the risk management of nursing quality, enhancing nursing staff awareness of risk prevention,improving the neurological hospital risk prevention guide to promote and strengthen the ability of nursing writing standardized nursing records, the implementation of health education, adopting relative risk prevention measures. Results The observation group of health knowledge awareness 90.34%, nursing quality score（48.97±1.05）points, patients satisfaction score（47.97±1.12）points higher than the control group of 76.19%,（40.36 ±4.14）points,（42.25±2.56）points,The difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）; the observation group nursing complaints was 0.38%, the incidence of nursing adverse events was 0.38%, lower than the control group of 2.78%,2.78%,The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management for patients in neurology department can improve the awareness rate of patients＇ health knowledge, nursing quality and nursing satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of nursing complaints and nursing adverse events, which is worthy of clinical application.
