摘要
目的探讨血液内科患者院内跌倒的原因,分析预防跌倒的措施。方法回顾性分析2012年8月至2015年8月我院血液内科10例发生院内跌倒患者的临床资料,总结患者跌倒的原因,并提出针对性的综合预防措施。结果血液内科患者院内跌倒的原因包括药物因素、疾病因素、患者因素、环境等其他因素。结论根据患者跌倒的原因采取针对性的跌倒风险评估、强化健康教育、完善医院管理制度、建立健全防跌倒应急预案等措施能预防和减少血液内科患者院内跌倒的发生,提高医院管理水平,和谐医患关系。
Objective To explore the causes of patient fall in the department of hemopathology, and analyze prevention measures. Methods Conducted retrospectively analysis on the clinical data of 10 patients who fell down from August 2012 to August 2015 in department of hemopathology, summarized the cause and put forward corresponding comprehensive prevention measures. Results Drug, disease, self-cause and environment were the main causes of patient fall in department of hemopathology. Conclusion Measures like assessing fall risks, strengthening health education, improving hospital management system, establishing and improving fall prevention emergency plan should be taken according to the causes of patient fall, which could prevent and reduce its incidence, improve hospital management and promote a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
