摘要
目的分析和研究临床护理保护在呼吸内科护理管理中应用价值。方法将该院呼吸内科在2016年5月—2017年5月期间收治的136例患者作为研究对象,按照患者入院单号单双数将患者分为参照组和研究组,各68例,其中参照组患者在采用常规的护理管理,研究组患者在护理管理中应用临床护理保护,观察和比较两组患者的护理效果。结果参照组患者的护理满意度和护理风险事件发生率分别为82.35%、29.17%,研究组患者的护理满意度和护理风险事件发生率分别为95.59%、4.17%,由此可以看出,研究组患者的护理满意度要显著高于参照组,而且研究组患者的护理风险事件发生率也比较低,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科护理管理中应用临床护理保护,能够显著增强患者的护理满意度,减少护理风险事件发生,进而提高患者治疗及预后效果,在临床中值得推广。
Objective To analyze and study the application value of clinical nursing protection in the nursing management in the department of respiration medicine. Methods 136 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from May2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 68 cases in each according to the admission order, the control group used the routine nursing management, while the research group used the clinical nursing protection, and the nursing effect was compared and observed. Results The nursing satisfactory degree and incidence rate of nursing risk events in the control group and in the research group were respectively 82.35%, 29.17% and 95.59%, 4.17%,therefore, the nursing satisfactory degree in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the incidence rate of nursing risk events in the research group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing protection in the nursing management in the department of respiration can obviously enhance the nursing satisfactory degree, and reduce the nursing risks thus improving the treatment and prognosis effect, and it is worth promotion in clinic.
