摘要
目的探讨临床护理保护在呼吸内科护理管理中应用的效果。方法收集2012年8月-2014年3月期间在我院呼吸内科工作的护理人员86例,将护理人员按照随机数字表法分为两组,研究组43例给予临床护理保护措施管理,对照组43例给予常规护理管理。比较两组护理满意度及护理效果。结果研究组护理人员护理满意度为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),研究组患者护理投诉率为2.33%,护理缺陷发生率为4.65%,均低于对照组的30.23%,41.86%,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论呼吸内科护理管理中应用临床护理保护后能显著提高护理人员护理满意度,降低患者投诉率及护理缺陷发生率。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of clinical care in respiratory medicine nursing management. Methods Chose 86 nurses worked in respiratory medicine in our hospital from August 2012 to March 2014, randomly divided into two groups, the 43 nurses in study group were given protective measures of clinical care management, 43 nurses in control group were given conventional care management. Compared satisfaction and care effect. Results The nursing care satisfaction in study group was 95.35%, it was higher than the 79.07%, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05), the study group was 2.33% of complaints of patient care, nursing defect rate was 4.65%, lower than 30.23% in the control group, 41.86%, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Nursing management in clinical care protection can significantly improve satisfaction with nursing care, reduce the rate of complaints of patients and nursing defect rate.
