摘要
随着我国居民经济水平不断提升,对工业生产发展水平要求也不断提升,因此我国工业发展正不断融合全新科学技术,向智能化转变,以求满足我国居民需求。我国机械制造行业为了提高产品制作效率及制作精度,积极将电气控制系统引入行业中,以求实现自动化生产。而在电气工程项目中,电气控制系统良好运行的安全性和可靠性极为重要。因此在社会电气控制系统的过程中,应当对系统运行过程中可能发生的故障进行充分考虑。电气的控制线路较为复杂,而线路发生的故障点也较为隐蔽,影响到电气控制线路的稳定发展。文章将对电气控制系统的概念进行分析,从而探究电气控制系统故障分析诊断及维修技巧。
Along with our country economic level rising, the industrial production development level requirements is also rising, so the new science and technology industrial development in China is constantly fusion, to a more intelligent transformation, in order to meet the demand of residents in our country. In order to improve the efficiency and precision of production, the mechanical manufacturing industry in China has actively introduced the electric control system into the industry in order to realize automatic production. In the electrical engineering project, the safety and reliability of the electrical control system are very important. Therefore, in the process of social electrical control system, it is necessary to fully consider the possible faults in the operation of the system. Electrical control circuit is more complicated, and the failure of the circuit is relatively hidden, affect the stable development of the electric control circuit, this article will analyze the concept of electric control system, thus to explore the electrical control system fault diagnosis and maintenance skills.
