摘要
目的 :建立规范化、流程化的医疗设备管理制度,提升医疗设备管理工作的效率和质量。方法 :通过对医疗设备购置、管理及人员配备等管理过程的分析,明晰目前医疗设备管理中存在的医疗设备购置缺乏合理性、配备人员不足、管理制度不完善等问题。结果:提出建立规范化和流程化的医疗设备管理制度、增加医疗设备人员配备、完善医疗设备管理制度、妥善管理医疗机构设备财务等建议。结论:开展有效的医疗机构医疗设备管理工作,促进医疗设备管理的制度化和合理化,对保障医疗机构诊疗质量、维护良好的医患关系、推动卫生事业有序发展具有深远的意义。
Objective To establish a standardized and streamlined equipment management system to improve the efficiency and quality of equipment management. Methods The problems in medical equipment purchasing, management and personnel were made clear including medical equipment purchasing irrationality, personnel insufficiency, incomplete management system and etc. Results Some improvement measures were proposed such as standardizing medical equipment management system, adding medical equipment technician and enhancing financial management. Conclusion Improved medical equipment management is of great value for bettering medical service and relationship between the doctor and patient.
