摘要
近年来,日本国医疗仪器的高精尖化和医疗事故的频发,为使医疗设备安全有效地运行,提高医疗质量,已经初步实践了对医疗安全管理者的培养。本文阐述了日本临床工程人才培养教育现状及其发展趋势。
Medical devices are sophisticated and medical errors are frequent in recent years in Japan. In order to improve the quality of medical treatment with medical devices operating safely and efficiently, it has been practiced to train the supervisors in charge of medical saffety. The present situation and development trend of the training for clinical engineering talents in Japan is expatiated in this paper.
