摘要
为研究不同参数对SLM成形316L不锈钢组织和性能的影响,采用正交试验法研究不同扫描速度、激光功率和扫描间距的不锈钢致密度和力学性能。结果表明:扫描间距对不锈钢的致密度和力学性能影响最大,其次为激光功率,最后为扫描速度。增加激光功率可以提高其致密度、强度和塑性,而增加扫描速度或扫描间距会产生相反的作用。
In order to study the influence of different process parameters on the microstructure and properties of 316 L stainless steel produced via selective laser melting( SLM),the orthogonal test method was used to investigate the density and mechanical properties of the stainless steel at different scanning speeds,laser powers,and scanning spacing. The results show that the scanning spacing has the greatest influence on the density and mechanical properties of the stainless steel,followed by the laser power and finally the scanning speed. Increasing the laser power can increase its density,strength,and plasticity,while increasing the scanning speed or scanning spacing has the opposite effect.
