摘要
利用选区激光熔化(SLM)技术对S136模具钢粉末进行不同激光功率和扫描速度组合下的单道扫描试验,分析归类了熔道形貌特征,研究了熔道宽度的成型稳定度下最优工艺窗口,研究了激光功率和扫描速度对熔道宽度的影响规律,分析了较优工艺参数组合下熔道形貌特征产生的原因。
Single pass scanning test on S136 die steel is firstly done under the combination of laser power and scanning speed with selective laser melting( SLM) technology.The melting path morphology is then analyzed and classified.The optimum technique window is studied under the forming stability of the width of the melting pass.And the influence rule of laser power and scanning speed on the width of melting pass is researched.Finally,the forming reason for the melting path morphology under the optimum combination of technique parameters is analyzed.
