汽车活塞销用新型钢的复合铸造工艺优化 被引量:2

摘要 采用不同的浇注温度和机械振动频率对20Cr-0.5Sr新型钢汽车活塞销进行了铸造,并进行了室温和高温耐磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明:随浇注温度从1560℃增加至1640℃、机械振动频率从15Hz增加至60Hz,20Cr-0.5Sr新型钢汽车活塞销的室温和高温耐磨损性能均先提高后下降。20Cr-0.5Sr新型钢汽车活塞销的浇注温度和机械振动频率分别优选为1620℃、45Hz。 The 20Cr-0.5Sr new-type steel piston pins for automobile were cast by using differentpouring temperature and mechanical vibration frequency.And the wear resistance at room and high temperatures were tested and analyzed.The results show that with the pouring temperature increasing from 1560℃ to 1640℃ and mechanical vibration frequency increasing from 15Hz to 60Hz,the wear resistance at room and high temperatures firstly increase and then decrease.The optimized pouring temperature and mechanical vibration frequency of 20Cr-0.5Sr new-type steel piston pins for automobile are 1620℃ and 45Hz,respectively.
