摘要
为有效解决医患沟通困难这一现实问题,本文提出了社会第三方搭建医患沟通平台的联动模式。在此模式下,医学专业学生通过实践课程进入医疗机构社工部,成为搭建平台的主体成员;医务社工人员提供督导和培训;民间公益志愿者利用自身经验促进平台的搭建。在院内,团队进行医患纠纷的调解,并在医患之间进行信息的交流、促进医患沟通,同时也为患者提供人文关怀。在院外,通过与社区高校的对接,团队为患者或社区居民开展个案活动、社区宣传等直接服务。
In order to effectively solve the problem of communication difficulties between doctors and patients in reality,we put forward the linkage model of building a platform for communication between doctors and patients by a social third party（＂M-V-S＂ mode,Medicine-Volunteer-Society,）.In this mode,medical students enter the social work department of medical institutions through practical courses and become the main members of the platform;medical and social workers provide supervision and training;public welfare volunteers participate in the project and use their own experiences to promote the construction of the platform.In the hospital,the team mediates the disputes between doctors and patients,and carries out information exchange between doctors and patients to promote the communication between doctors and patients,and also provides humanistic care for patients.Outside the hospital,through the connection with community colleges and universities,the team provides direct services for patients or community residents to carry out case activities,and community publicity.
