摘要
建立了天然气二氧化碳重整工艺流程模型,并利用Aspen plus进行了模拟计算,计算得到的合成气组成与直接还原铁实际生产所用的还原气组成非常吻合。对关键操作参数,天然气流量、炉顶气循环比、反应温度进行了工况分析,揭示了还原气组分的变化规律,得到天然气二氧化碳重整的最佳操作条件。模拟结果可以指导实际装置的生产和设计。
A natural gas carbon dioxide reforming process model was established and simulated with Aspen plus. The calculated composition of syngas coincided with the composition of the reduced gas used in actual production of direct reduced iron. Key operating parameters including natural gas flow rate, top gas recycle ratio and reaction temperature were analyzed, and the changing rules of syngas components were revealed, furthermore, the optimal operating conditions for natural gas carbon dioxide reformation were obtained. The results could be used to guide production and design of practical plants.
