摘要
本文介绍了典型的制氢工艺装置的流程特点。在对ASPEN PLUS软件的通用性及在制氢工艺的特殊性的详细研究的基础上,开发了适用于烃类蒸汽转化法制氢的工艺流程模拟专用模型。通过对大量现有工业装置的计算模拟,充分证实了其结果的准确性。该专用模型现已广泛应地用于我院所承接的制氢工艺设计中,收到了良好的效益。
The features of a typical flow diagram of hydrogen manufacturing plant are briefly presented. A special process simulation model for hydrogen manufacturing has been developed on the basis of thorough study of the common software of ASPEN PLUS as well as the specific characteristics of hydrogen manufacturing process. Simulations for com- mercial plants have verified the accuracy of this special model. It is now widely applied in pro- cess design for commercial unit. Good results as well as high profitability are achieved.
