摘要
权利和义务本身就是相一致的,当一个人拥有某一种权利,就意味着周围要对他承担某项义务,同时若别人拥有相同的权利,他也有必要承担相关义务。这个原理在宪法中对公民的基本权利和义务的规定中也有所体现,公民基本权利的实现,需要依靠国家对相关义务进行承担,在中国的宪法中,公民的权利就包含着国家义务,并规范了相关权利和义务的处理方法。
Rights and obligations are in itself consistent. When a person has a certain kind of right, it means that some other people have to bear an obligation to him; at the same time, if other people the same right, he also has to bear the relevant obligation. This principle is also embodied in the Constitution＇s provisions on the basic rights and obligations of citizens. The realization of citizens＇ basic rights depends on the state＇s commitment to related obligations. In China＇s Constitution, citizens＇ rights include national obligations, and the treatment of related rights and obligations is regulated.
