摘要
随着我国法治建设的进程不断加快,社会主义相关的法治理念已经在社会管理和日常生活方面逐渐渗透。未来社会建设的接班人就是大学生,进而推动大学生思想政治教育法制化是未来的发展趋势。但是目前很多高校在这一方面的认知还存在或多或少的问题,导致大学生思想政治教育法治化进程遭遇一定阻碍。本文通过分析大学生思想政治教育法治化构建的有效路径,期望推动未来教育可持续发展。
With the accelerating process of the construction of the rule of law in our country, the socialist related concept of the rule of law has gradually penetrated into social management and daily life. The successors of social construction in the future are college students, and the legalization of college students＇ ideological and political education is the future development trend. However, at present, many colleges still have more or less problems in the cognition of this, leading to certain obstacles to the legalization of college students＇ ideological and political education. This paper analyzes the effective path of the legal construction of college students＇ ideological and political education, expecting to promote the sustainable development of education in the future.
