摘要
目前,上海全市功能型平台的规划和顶层设计已基本形成。就政府管理部门而言,进一步深入推进功能型平台建设,要以平台服务能力建设为主线,坚持协同联动、开放融合、服务为本,突出抓标准、抓协调、抓服务,引导各类平台着力推进自身科研实力、对外服务能力和市场盈利能力建设,成为上海城市创新系统的骨干支撑和创新服务的核心力量。
At present,the planning and top-level design of the functional platform in Shanghai has basically formed.As far as the government management department is concerned,to further promote the construction of functional platform,we should take the construction of platform service as the main line,adhere to cooperative linkage,open integration and service oriented,focus on standards,coordination and service,and guide all kinds of platform to promote its scientific research strength,foreign service ability and the market profit ability construction,become the backbone of Shanghai＇s urban innovation system and the core strength of innovative services.
