追根溯源辅导员普遍存在的职业困惑现象,可以发现"传帮带"式工作机制呈现出团队化工作模式,能有效地培育职业认同感。"传帮带"式辅导员团队化工作模式遵循着全科化基础、平台化打造和专业化建构为发展的道路。
With an investigation into the professional challenges among counselors,the working mechanism of mentoring model presents a teamwork pattern,which can effectively cultivate the professional identification.The teamwork pattern is developed in terms of curriculum,platform and professionalization.
