摘要
探讨了超声波辅助提取胡萝卜叶原花青素的工艺条件。在研究中,首先通过单因素实验分别确定了超声时间、乙醇浓度、液料比和超声温度对胡萝卜叶原花青素提取率的影响;在此基础上,选取超声时间、乙醇浓度、液料比和超声温度为自变量,以原花青素提取率为响应值,通过响应面分析法,研究各因素以及其交互项对提取率的影响,建立了二次多项式拟合回归方程。结果表明:在超声时间为36 min,乙醇浓度为85%,液料比为20 m L/g和超声温度为61℃的条件下,得到最优超声波辅助胡萝卜叶原花青素提取工艺,提取率为54.75 mg/g,同预测值(55.56 mg/g)的相对误差为1.46%,验证了回归模型拟合的有效性。该方法提取原花青素提取率高,操作简单,具有很强的实际应用性。
Response surface methodology was used to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of procyanidins from carrot leaves.Based on the design of single-factor experiments,ultrasonic time,ethanol concentration,liquid-to-material ratio and ultrasonic temperature were selected as independent variables,and the extraction yield of procyanidins was used as the response value.The influence of various factors and their interaction items on the extraction yield was studied by surface analysis methodology and a quadratic polynomial fitting regression equation was established.The results showed that the optimal ultrasound-assisted extraction technology of procyanidins from carrot leaves was obtained with ultrasound time 36 min,ethanol concentration 85%,liquid-tomaterial ratio 20 mL/g,and ultrasound temperature 61℃.The extraction yield was 54.75 mg/g,The relative error was 1.46%comparing to the predicted value(55.56 mg/g),which verified the effectiveness of the regression model fitting.
