摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下射频止血联合康复治疗急性鼻出血的临床疗效。方法方便选取2010年10月—2017年10月该院112例急性鼻出血患者为研究对象,根据就诊顺序将受试者分为对照组和研究组,每组56例,对照组患者给予传统的鼻腔填塞治疗,研究组患者给予鼻内镜下射频止血联合康复治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、VAS评分、鼻腔通气时间、住院时间及患者的疼痛程度。结果研究组及对照组患者治疗总有效率分别为100.00%vs 91.07%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.37,P<0.05),研究组患者的VAS评分、鼻腔通气时间及住院时间均显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义[(2.13±0.42)分vs(3.55±0.56)分,t=3.98,P<0.05;(3.11±1.37)d vs(4.58±1.46)d,t=4.12,P<0.05;(5.02±1.27)d vs(7.35±1.84)d,t=5.36;P<0.05],研究组患者的疼痛程度显著轻于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(13 vs 0,21 vs 15,12 vs 20,7 vs 13,3 vs 8,χ2=35.62,5.63,6.48,5.67,6.83,P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下射频止血联合康复治疗可有效减轻患者的疼痛程度,缩短治疗周期,疗效安全显著,值得在急性鼻出血的治疗中应用推广。
Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic radiofrequency hemostasis combined with rehabilitation in the treatment of acute epistaxis. Methods 112 patients with acute epistaxis from October 2010 to October 2017 in this hospital were convenient selected. According to the order of visits, they were divided into control group and study group, with 56 cases in each group. The control group received traditional nasal packing. In the treatment group, the patients were treated with nasal endoscopic radiofrequency hemostasis and rehabilitation. The clinical efficacy,VAS score, nasal ventilation time, length of hospital stay, and patient pain were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group and the control group was 100.00% vs 91.07%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups（χ^2=6.37, P〈0.05）. The VAS score, nasal ventilation time, and length of stay in the study group were significant. Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups [（2.13±0.42）points vs（3.55±0.56）points, t=3.98,P〈0.05;（3.11±1.37）d vs（4.58±1.46）d, t=4.12,P〈0.05;（5.02±1.27）d vs（7.35±1.84）d, t= 5.36; P〈0.05]. The pain in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups（13 vs 0, 21 vs 15, 12 vs 20, 7 vs 13,3 vs 8, χ^2=35.62,5.63,6.48,5.67,6.83,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic radiofrequency hemostasis combined with rehabilitation can effectively reduce the patient＇s pain, shorten the treatment cycle, the effect of safety is significant, it is worth to be applied in the treatment of acute epistaxis.
