摘要
目的:分析观察鼻内镜下射频及明胶海绵填塞治疗顽固性鼻出血效果。方法:收集鼻出血患者100例,随机分为两组,A组(n=50)采用射频凝固及局部明胶海绵填塞,B组(n=50)采用单纯射频治疗。结果:A组45例一次治愈,4例经再次射频及明胶海绵填塞后出血停止,1例共需3次射频及明胶海绵填塞后方能止血,治愈率达90%。B组20例一次治愈,25例再次出血后改用射频及明胶海绵填塞后出血停止,5例需3次射频及明胶海绵填塞后方能止血,治愈率只有40%。结论:鼻内镜下射频及明胶海绵填塞是治疗顽固性鼻出血的有效方法。
Objective To analyze the effect of radiofrequency and gelatin sponge filled treatment of intractable epistaxis under endo- scope. Method 100 patients with epistaxis were collected. They were randomly divided into two groups： radiofrequency and local gelatin sponge filled in group A（ n = 50）, radiofrequency only in group B （n = 50）. Results 45 cases were cured in group A. The cure rate was 90%. 20 cases were cured in group B. The cure rate was only 40%. Conclusion Radiofrequency and gelatin sponge filled is an effective treatment for intractable epistaxis under endoscope.
