摘要
目的探讨成都地区特应性皮炎患儿常见过敏原血清特异性IgE情况及随年龄增长的变化。方法方便选取该院儿童皮肤科门诊2013年9月—2016年8月就诊的AD患儿424例,采用免疫印迹法体外半定量检查特应性皮炎患儿血清IgE的抗体。结果 424例特应性皮炎患儿中,阳性患儿268例。阳性率为63.81%。6月~1岁组阳性率为66.96%。1~3岁组阳性率为66.02%,3~12岁组阳性率为51.54%。424例特应性IgE抗体阳性率及积分由高到低(前5位)为鸡蛋白、牛奶、屋尘、屋尘螨/粉尘螨、虾。6个月~1岁组与3~12岁组最常见过敏原是鸡蛋白及牛奶,3~12岁组最常见过敏原是屋尘、屋尘螨/粉尘螨。结论 12岁以下特应性皮炎的常见过敏原为鸡蛋白、牛奶、屋尘、屋尘螨/粉尘螨,但不同年龄组最常见过敏原不尽相同。
Objective This paper tries to investigate the prevalence of atopic allergen serum IgE in children with atopic dermatitis in Chengdu and its change with age. Methods 424 cases of AD children who were treated in this hospital from September 2013 to August 2016 were convenient selected. The serum IgE antibodies in children with atopic dermatitis were examined semiquantitatively by immunoblotting in vitro. Results Of 424 children with atopic dermatitis, 268 were positive.The positive rate was 63.81%. The positive rate in the 6 months to 1 year old group was 66.96%. The positive rate in the 1 to 3 year old group was 66.02%, and the positive rate in the 3 to 12 year old group was 51.54%. The positive rate and scores of 424 atopic IgE antibodies from high to low（the top five） were egg albumen, milk, house dust, house dust mite/dust mite, and shrimp. The most common allergens in the June to 1 year old group and the 3 to 12 year old group were egg albumen and milk. The most common allergens in the 3 to 12 year old group were house dust and house dust mites/dust mites.Conclusion Common allergens for atopic dermatitis up to the age of 12 are eggs, milk, house dust, house dust mite/dust mite, but the most common allergens vary by different age groups.
