摘要 介绍了激光跟踪仪的主要模块构成、测试原理和关键性能参数等,重点介绍了GB/T 12642-2013标准规定的工业机器人的测试内容和测试方法,以及运用激光跟踪仪进行工业六轴机器人性能测试的过程,为工业机器人的检测、校准和工艺改进等提供了有力的支撑。 The main modules, test principle and key performance parameters of laser tracker are introduced. And the test contents and test method of industrial robot proposed in GB/T 12642-2013 and the performance test process of industrial six-axis robots with laser tracker are introduced emphatically, which provides a reference for the inspection, calibration and process improvement of industrial robots.
