摘要
目的探讨侧脑室穿刺引流术联合腰大池置管引流术治疗重症脑室出血的效果。方法选取2014年6月至2017年6月我院收治的62例重症脑室出血患者,依据治疗方案分为两组各31例。对照组行经锥颅钻孔穿刺侧脑室引流术治疗,研究组采用侧脑室穿刺引流术联合腰大池置管引流治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、NIHSS评分及并发症。结果研究组的恢复良好率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后1个月、6个月的NIHSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论侧脑室穿刺引流术联合腰大池置管引流术治疗重症脑室出血,能够提高临床疗效,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effect of lateral ventricle puncture drainage combined with lumbar cistern drainage in the treatment of severe intraventricular hemorrhage. Methods 62 cases of patients with severe intraventricular hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to treatment plans, with 31 cases in each group.The control group received lateral ventricle puncture drainage through skull drilling, while the study group received lateral ventricle puncture drainage combined with lumbar cistern drainage. The clinical curative effect, NIHSS score and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of good recovery of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. 1 month and 6 months after treatment, the NIHSS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusions Lateral ventricle puncture drainage combined with lumbar cistern drainage in the treatment of severe intraventricular hemorrhage can improve the clinical curative effect, with higher safety.
