摘要 目的探讨振幅整合脑电图(aEEG)在新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)的早期诊治及动态监测的应用价值。方法选取我院新生儿科收治的疑似HIE新生儿265例,均行aEEG检查、头颅CT、临床分度与Apgar评分,并根据aEEG检查结果分为正常组、轻度异常组和重度异常组。结果 Spearman相关性分析显示,aEEG结果与新生儿HIE临床分度、HIE头颅CT结果存在正相关关系(P<0.05);三组患儿1 min、5 min、10 min Apgar评分比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 aEEG检查结果与HIE临床分度、Apgar评分、HIE头颅CT结果具有相关性,是早期诊断新生儿HIE的有效方法 ,且使用简便,可连续动态监测患儿的病情变化。 Objective To explore the application value of amplitude integrated electroencephalography(aEEG) in the early diagnosis,treatment and dynamic monitoring of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods 265 cases of neonates with suspected HIE admitted to our department of neonatology were selected, given aEEG, skull CT, clinical grading and Apgar score and divided into normal group, mild abnormal group and severe abnormal group according to aEEG results. Results Spearman correlation analysis showed that aEEG results had positive correlation with clinical grading and skull CT results of neonatal HIE(P〈0.05). Statistical difference was found in the Apgar scores at 1 min, 5 min and 10 min among three groups(P〈0.05). Conclusions aEEG results are closely correlated with clinical HIE grading, Apgar scores and HIE skull CT results, is an effective method for early diagnosis of neonatal HIE, and it is easy to use to continuously monitor the condition of children.
